Phoenix Fragrances was formed in 1987 and was originally based in West Sussex. The aim was to fill a gap in the market for a small company manufacturing and supplying fragrance concentrates, and offering a more personalised service, based on experience, creativity and technical expertise. Steady growth over the next five years was followed by a move to Wellingborough, Northamptonshire in 1992.
In this location, with modern premises, the company is able to service a much broader client base. Situated in the centre of the UK, easy access is possible to all parts of the country. The improved road networks now facilitate transport to the East coast ports and entry into the rest of Europe. | |

Creative & Technical Expertise
Phoenix Fragrances employs highly experienced staff. Their combined technical and creative abilities produce fragrances covering every product application. Flavours for oral care products such as toothpastes and mouthwashes are created and manufactured at a separate facility.
Laboratory facilities include applications, quality control and a creative dispensary for development and small production batches.
Every care is taken to ensure that each customer's requirements are fully explored and fulfilled, endeavouring to be both innovative and compatible with market trends.
Marketing and technical support can be provided for both the home and overseas markets.

Quality Assurance
The company produces a wide range of fragrances from the raw materials - aroma chemicals, essential oils and other natural products from all corners of the world, all of which are evaluated for quality control by olfactive and analytical methods before use.
A strict quality regimen is applied to all technical procedures and all production batches are quality assessed prior to despatch. The company is a member of the British Fragrance Association and therefore conforms to the IFRA (International Fragrance Association) guidelines for good manufacturing practice and safe use of raw materials. | |

The company policy for manufacturing has always been flexibility. Rapid response by the production department leads to the high level of service upon which the company prides itself.
